SCRABBLE

Scrabble  (1) --- Social

     This group has been meeting since last November. We meet one a month on a Thursday and fix the next meeting to suit the majority. There are usually six of us managing two games and a tea break. We are not a very competetive bunch and use dictionaries; not the Scrabble two/three letter word lists.

        For people interested in playing at competition level see below.

Scrabble  (2)   --- Club

     We play  in members houses on alternate Thursday afternoons. We play according to Scrabble rules and use the special Scrabble dictionaries and the two and three letter lists.

Scrabble  (3)  --- Social

     We play in members houses, on the first Monday afternoon in the month. A fun group for the non-serious Scrabble players. Come and enjoy a chat and play over a cup of tea!
