BIRD   WATCHING 

     This group is for those interested in Bird life. The first meeting was a general induction into 'Birding' to include equipment, field guides and CD's and to discuss a future programme of events.

      Meetings are monthly on the second or third Tuesday at 10am. See separate Programme.

       Field trips are planned for for various meetings to RSPB and other Nature reserves. A people carrier is available to take members to the Reserves, leaving around 9.00am and returning by 4.00pm. A modest entrance charge is levied and the nearest 'hide' chosen is usually close to disabled car parking spaces.

Unfortunately, the group is closed to new members at present. Please, however, register your interest for future possible second group.
